How can i kill virginia creeper without killing everything else?

i have virginia creeper all over my antique rose bushes and this stuff is just taking over EVERYTHING. It already killed at least 2 rose bushes. How can i kill it without killing the rose bushes i have left, the raspberry bushes or anything else?

Not sure if this will work but its worth a try. Take a Dixie cup and fill it with round up concentrate. Cut at one base of the plant then poke the stem of the plant through the Dixie cup. This should absorb the round up into the root system without getting it all over your plants.
Reply:Maybe i could send you the bugs that are killing mine! Really, i think you have to pull it by hand.
