I would think so, especially if you tuck in plants that are already growing. They should do better if their leaves are above the Virginia creeper.
Reply:Yes, perfectly possible, but you need to think about competition between the two plants. I would suspect that the honeysuckle, being a slightly more rampant plant may well crowd out the virginia creeper. But it's an interesting idea that is worth a shot.
