I did hear that there was one supposed to be coming out. Within a year or 2. Not soon enough if u ask me.
Reply:I often wonder this myself. I really like the "Creep" from these movies. It is a very unique character. I just hope that they don't spoil it by giving us the whole backstory as they usually do with movies. it is best not to explain who he is, or where he comes from.
Reply:The director, convicted pedophile (confessed in 1988 to five felony counts of sexual relations with a twelve year old boy who he videotaped in sexual situations) Victor Salva, had no intentions of making another "Jeepers Creepers" sequel even after the first one:

"Victor Salva wrote the whole "Every 23 years for 23 days it gets to eat" rule in the first movie so there would be no sequel unless the movie was set in the future, and knew the studio wouldn't want that. However Francis Ford Coppola found an easy loophole in the rule for the sequel: set it during the same 23 days as the first movie. So this film is set on the 23rd day for the purpose of not making another sequel."





It is hard to say if he can be convinced to make another sequel; his most recent movie "A Peaceful Warrior" received high critical acclaim, but not very good box office results (they even had Best Buy sponsor a "free pass" to the movie over its 2nd time trying to open a a movie theatre to generate buzz as if flopped the first time around).





As "Jeepers Creepers" has been a money-maker in the past, another low box office result movie or two and he may be back to making another "Jeepers Creepers".
