In which season should Isotoma Blue Star creeper be planted? Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall?

You can plant it in the fall for spring blooms -- but -- be sure to check your zone, as I've read that it is hardy in some, but not in others. It can also disease fairly easily -- needs dampness, too. The Isotoma is more hardy with high travel areas than some of the other species of blue star. One thing to be cautious about is that it is VERY invasive ... will climb up through other plants around it, and take over everything if it's not trimmed regularly.
